Shipping methods
The products are sent through GENERAL POST, thus ensuring preferential charges for buyers and safe transport of products, or other transport of our choice and the following apply:
SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS
The time required for a product to reach the hands of the buyer is one (1) to three (3) working days (including Saturday).
For orders up to 70 € and weight up to 3.5 kg:
The cost of shipping a product within the country is
• Land Destinations: € 4.70
• Islands: € 4.70
For orders over 3.5 kg regardless of order cost:
+ 1 € / kg for Land Destinations.
+ 1 € / kg for the Island Destinations.
in case of cash on delivery, the shipping cost is 5.7 euros
Free for all Greece orders over 70 € and weight up to 3.5 kg.
Shipping to inaccessible destinations is by appointment and at an additional cost.
Inaccessible destinations do not apply any promotions.
If the package of the order is bulky, it is sent by another transport by arrangement.
In case you want a transport company of your choice with which we do not cooperate, the costs are borne by the customer.

For orders placed until 12:00 and depending on the workload will be sent the same day. Otherwise orders are shipped the next business day.
When sending, you are informed by e-mail with the shipping number of your order. To find out the course and evolution of your mission, give the above number to the courier and they will inform you.
During the public holidays, no shipments and deliveries are made, but they are transferred to the next working day.
SHIPPING COSTS FOR CYPRUS
- The shipping cost is € 8.50.
- All shipments are sent by GENERAL POST
- Delivery of the order will take place within 7 working days. (in inaccessible areas it may be 1 to 2 days longer).
COLLECTION FROM THE STORE

In this case and ONLY if you choose to pay by COD - ie upon receipt of the products, your order is booked in our store for (3) working days. The reservation will be made by telephone with us, on the contact phone.
