Returns

A. Return of product by the customer and its replacement with another.

Ecolights.gr wanting to ensure the smooth and safe purchase of a product by the buyer, gives the possibility of return and replacement by another or by the same in a different size, if available. Product replacement will only be accepted if it is in its original factory condition. The request for replacement of a product must be made within (14) calendar days from its receipt, by phone (2810371260) or by mail (info@ecolights.gr).

After the consultation with the competent department of the company, the customer will be able to choose another product from the page of ecolights.gr. In this case the cost of transporting the product is borne by the customer. If the cost of the original product and the transfer exceeds the cost of the product with which it is replaced then the additional amount is refunded after consultation with the company.

The return of the original product will be done with GENERAL POST. The new product will be within three (3) working days from the date the company will receive the returned product. Note that the above also applies in case the customer was not charged the shipping costs, due to the fact that the initial order exceeded 70 euros. In all cases, the return of the product to be replaced should be done together with all the documents that accompanied the product (eg Retail Rep. Etc.) and its complete packaging.

B. Product return due to an error of ECOLIGHTS.GR

Ecolights.gr wanting to provide the best to the buyer, gives the possibility of refund in case the customer wishes the product back. Product replacement will only be accepted if it is in its original factory condition. The request for replacement of a product must be made within (14) calendar days of receipt by phone (2810371260) or by mail (info@ecolights.gr).

The refund will be made within five (5) working days from the receipt of the product by our company. In this case the cost of transporting the product is borne by the customer. Note that the above also applies in case the customer was not charged the shipping costs due to the fact that the original order exceeded 70 euros. In all cases, the return of the product to be replaced should be done together with all the documents that accompanied the product (eg Retail Rep. Etc.) and its complete packaging.

Possibilities we offer you

The cost of shipping for returns and changes is at your own expense, if you do not have a business code the cost for you is high. To reduce your financial cost, you will send it with a "recipient fee" with ACS and in the replacement of the order there will be a "return shipping fee" worth 4.7 €.
